Even though it is low in sodium, which is why I purchased it, it delivers full flavor, good taste to the food. Yes more salt enhances flavor greatly, the reason companies pour it into their products, I rather help to keep my high blood pressure down, and this products helps with that. Not to mention no MSG which gives me headaches.
