I use this to roast potatoes. I mix a tablespoon of each—dried sofrito and olive oil (or avocado oil)—and it always comes out excellent. It's just delicious. It doesn't need to be renamed! People won't use it in other ways. I wouldn't have tried it on potatoes if it were called "Chicken Mix."

I have to tell you Mayra, I buy your products because my family likes it. I cook their meals with it, but I do have to say, the tumeric is a big turn off for me. I don't like the flavor, I don't like the different flavor it gives my normal typical everyday Puerto Rican food, so I do have to say that I do the extra chore of making my meal separate from theirs, just so I don't taste the tumeric. like I said, they'll eat anything I put in front of them, they think it's delish. I can't, the tumeric is extremely strong for me.

Ok Ok Ok , Let’s Talk.
I have been using these products for a while . I ran out and I went to reorder. I love them all BUT the savory spice is my favorite. It’s new to me . It even has turmeric
Taste great.
I just restock my spice cabinet. I threw all the other seasonings products away. I bought a lot of the sofrito.
So I am good for a while. I wish you made the onion and garlic power…. Hint !!!!
